Trajen Pictures, Inc. is a South Carolina corporation with the desired goal of producing motion picture film and videos. In 1998 Keith Vitali, President of Trajen Pictures, Inc. worked with SC legislators in writing and helping pass new legislation that gives tax incentives for investment in the film industry. Keith was a lobbyist for the South Carolina film industry and was a past director of the South Carolina Film Alliance.

Keith Vitali's film company, Trajen Pictures desired goal is the producing of motion pictures and videos. In 1998 Keith worked with South Carolina legislators in writing and helping pass new legislation that gives tax incentives for investment in the film industry. Keith has worked as a lobbyist for the Peter Matthew's Group and as a Director in the South Carolina Film Alliance.

KEITH VITALI

As president, Keith will write and produce each video and film. Keith's first video, Self Defense for Kids earned him national recognition in the early 90's. The video was an instant hit and made headlines across the country with articles running in major newspapers such as: The USA Today, the Gannett chain, the Atlanta Journal, Philadelphia Inquirer, New York Post, just to name a few. Because of the success of the video and his self-defense background, Mr. Vitali appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show as a guest expert on kid's safety.


FRANK ROBERTS, VICE PRESIDENT OF PUBLIC RELATIONS AND MARKETING

Mr. Roberts obtained a BA in Journalism, Advertising/Public Relations with a minor in Marketing from the University of South Carolina in 1974. Along with Keith, he has participated in Martial Arts since 1971.

With over 25 years of high profile public relations experience in both the private and public sectors, Mr. Roberts' trademark is recognized as the spirit of innovation, team building and results through established goals and objectives. He has been credited with numerous successes such as: spokesman for a company appearing on Saturday Night with Connie Chung, Dateline, Nightline, 20/20, 60-Minutes, CNN, and BBC-TV; developed successful crisis management program for a Fortune 100 company, helped develop a TQM program for a Fortune 100 company; developed a total advertising and marketing programs for numerous companies and State agencies.

In 1998, Mr. Roberts developed Kime Productions, Inc. to produce a TV syndication show, The Way of Martial Arts. Kime Productions will assist and advise Keith on numerous projects.

MICHAEL HUDSON, C0-PRODUCER

Michael Hudson, a former Naval Aviator for the US Navy and a former commercial fisherman worked on his first feature film in 1991when Barbara Streisand chose Michael to be the Marine Advisor for the Academy Award winning film, "The Prince Of Tides" (Columbia Pictures). Following that project Michael worked on his second feature, "Paradise" (Touchtone).

That next summer Michael ventured into the Special Effects field on another Academy Award winning film, "Forrest Gump" (Paramount).

Michael continued working in the Special Effects department and as a prop maker on 15 features including Disney's, "The Jungle Book," "G.I.Jane," "Patch Adams" and "Force Of Nature," just to name a few.

In 1999, Michael worked on two features, "Rules Of Engagement" (Paramount), starring Tommy Lee Jones and Samual L.Jackson. Michael did the Special Effects for the film and he also traveled to Morocco, Africa to act in the film as part of an elite U.S. Marine special-forces unit.

The other film to be released this summer is entitled "The In Crowd" (Morgan Creek). Michael also worked as a Special Effects Technician on that feature. Not limiting himself to feature films, Michael was the Special Effects Coordinator on several music videos, television movies and commercial such as Hallmark Hall Of Fame movie of the week entitled "The Old Man" (William Faukner), Maria Carrey video, "The Butterfly" and a "Bud Ice Penquine" commercial. Michael Hudson has now moved into the realm of producing independent films, videos and commercial where he can utilize his experience, observations and contacts gained over the past nine years.

He is a proven asset to Trajen Pictures and Trajen Video Productions.
